This creates an impenetrable wall of light while physically protecting the expensive LED modules behind heavy-gauge steel.

- Manufacturer Specific Punch-Outs: Available in precise, pre-cut configurations designed to perfectly accept specific warning lights from major manufacturers like Code 3, Federal Signal, SoundOff, and Whelen.
- Flush-Mount Protection: By recessing the expensive LED lightheads into the heavy-duty steel channel, they are completely protected from physical damage during low-speed impacts and push-offs.
- Heavy-Duty Steel: Fabricated from the same heavy-gauge HRPO steel as the push bumper uprights, ensuring the channel maintains the structural rigidity of the entire front-end assembly.
- Clean Wiring Routing: The hollow design of the channel allows technicians to hide and protect the delicate wiring harnesses for the LED lights, preventing them from being snagged by brush or debris.
