Use Select Your Vehicle in the header to pick a year, make and model. The catalog then only shows parts with confirmed fitment for that vehicle plus universal items like lightheads, sirens and cables. Vehicle-specific parts such as consoles, partitions, push bumpers and brackets list their compatible vehicles on the product page. If a part is missing a vehicle you know it fits, tell us and we will verify it with the manufacturer and update the listing.
Yes. Stock levels on the site come from our live inventory feed, so what you see is what can ship. Items that show as out of stock can still be ordered and will ship when the manufacturer restocks; call us for a lead time before you commit a fleet order.
Most orders ship UPS or FedEx with live rates calculated at checkout from your address. Oversized items such as push bumpers, partitions and truck caps may need freight; if so we will confirm the cost with you before the order ships. Local pickup is available at any FountFleet location nationwide.
Yes. Government, municipal and public safety agencies can request an agency account for tax-exempt checkout, purchase orders uploaded at checkout and Net-30 terms. Upfitters, dealerships and accessory shops can request a reseller account for reseller pricing and terms. Everyone else can pay by card at checkout or request a quote.
Reseller pricing, live stock before you quote, and the quote engine: set your parts markup and labor rate once, build the vehicle, and download a PDF quote with your logo and your customer's information. There are no account fees or minimums and approval usually takes less than 24 hours.
Police and emergency warning lights are rated to SAE standards: SAE J595 for directional lights (grille, surface-mount and perimeter lightheads) and SAE J845 for 360-degree lights such as beacons and lightbars. Class 1 is the brightest rating and is what patrol vehicles that respond in traffic should use. Fire apparatus follow NFPA 1901 zone requirements. Light colors are regulated by each state, so check your state vehicle code before choosing lens colors. Product pages list the SAE class where the manufacturer publishes it.
Upfitter ProShop is the parts side of FountFleet, a police, fire and work truck upfitter with shops nationwide. If you would rather have the vehicle built than build it yourself, we can quote a complete upfit. If you install in-house, Upfitter University offers training for your technicians.
Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty; Whelen, Federal Signal, SoundOff Signal, Setina and Havis all publish theirs and we handle the claim with them for you. If you ordered the wrong part, contact us with your order number before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization. Custom and vehicle-specific items may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.
