A PIT (Precision Immobilization Technique) is the controlled nudge officers use to spin out a fleeing car - and doing it on a bare bumper corner crushes your fender and headlight, deadlining the cruiser. These bars bolt straight onto the Tenhold push bumper center section and wrap the front corners in rigid steel, so the contact happens on the bars instead of your sheet metal.
