Boss Spreader Vibrator Kits

Damp salt and sand bridge in the hopper and starve the auger or pintle chain. A BOSS vibrator kit shakes the hopper walls on demand to keep material flowing to the conveyor, which means fewer stops to knock the hopper and a consistent spread pattern. Dual-motor kits are matched to the VBX and VBX+ hoppers, a single vibrator serves the Forge, and the TGS kits pair with either the analog or digital tailgate controls. VBX 8000/9000 owners retrofitting a vibrator should add the mounting plate kit to prevent hopper cracking.
