Boss Spreader Tarp Kits
Rain and wet snow turn a loaded hopper into a solid block by the next morning. BOSS tarp kits cover the Forge hopper with a heavy vinyl-coated polyester tarp secured by bungee tie-downs, keeping the material dry and flowing and cutting down on wasted salt. Sized to the hopper so it seals at the rim without flapping at highway speed.
Key Features & Upfitter Specs
- Material: Vinyl-coated polyester (VCP) tarp with bungee tie-downs.
- Coverage: Forge 1.0, Forge 1.5 and 2.0 short bed, and Forge 2.0 long bed.
- Benefit: Keeps salt and sand dry so it does not bridge or cake in the hopper.
- Install: Attaches to the hopper rim; no drilling.
