Boss Spreader Pigtails & Repair Ends
Spreader connectors live in the worst environment on the truck, and a corroded plug is the usual reason a spinner quits or a controller throws a fault. BOSS repair pigtails let you splice in a new factory connector with the correct seals rather than replacing the whole harness. Vehicle-side and spreader-side pigtails are listed separately, so check which end of the connection is damaged.

- VBX / Forge: 6-pin vehicle-side and spreader-side connectors, 16-pin harness pigtail and 4-pin cab display pigtail.
- TGS: 2-pin vehicle-side and spreader-side pigtails for TGS 300/600/1100, spinner and paddle connectors, and the power attachment pigtail.
